Sending Digest Messages using Tofino Native Architecture

I was going through the documentation mentioned here, and I was curious if there was some example code that goes through sending a digest message using a p4 program and receiving the said message at the local controller of a tofino network switch.

Is there anything you can direct me to on how to do this? A few things I'm unclear on are:

1. Is there a specific port I'm supposed to send the digest message to? 

2. Are there any libraries that currently exist to make it easy for me to parse the digest message on the TNA's local controller?
