Hello! I purchased a new NIC, which the box says Sedna PCIe Dual NIC but Windows displays it on Network Connections as "Intel(R) 82576 Gigabit Dual Port Network Connection" and "Intel(R) 82576 Gigabit Dual Port Network Connection" #2" and I am unable to find a way to setup LACP on Windows 10 OS. Any ideas?

This might be a "too late" reply. But Windows 10 doesn't support LACP. You either have to install the Intel PROset drivers / util or switch to Windows Server. Attaching link below (while it works).
