Speed & Duplex

I have changed Speed and Duplex from auto to 1Gbps in Configure from Properties but the result it didn't change. Help me please.

1. Exact issue description. Is it your Ethernet not able to reach Gigabit speed? 

2. What is the model of your Ethernet controller? 

3. Exact Operating System used?

4. What is the guaranteed speed rate from your Internet provider? 

5. Brand and model of your motherboard
