Hi Flazeh,
We have verified that Intel® Advanced Network Services is only supported on the Windows® 10 Anniversary Update (Windows 10 Version 1607, build 10.0.14393) branch. Unfortunately, it may not be supported on future versions of Windows®.
As you mentioned that the card came with the system, we would recommend reaching out to your OEM for further assistance.
Note: If you purchased an OEM-branded server or appliance, please contact your OEM for a software driver version compatible with your specific firmware version. Using software and firmware versions that have not been validated to work together may impact performance, feature availability, and system stability.
Additionally, we would request you to post a question on the Intel Community - Embedded Connectivity for further assistance.

Hello Amina,
Thanks por the response, but I have my doubts about your affirmation: I have an Acer notebook with a Realtek network interface and Windows 11 installed. It HAS the option to set the vlan ID at the Device Manager - Interface - Properties - Advanced - VLAN ID (like this article: https://woshub.com/configure-multiple-vlan-on-windows/).
I suspect that is something about the Intel interface chipset (I219-LM) or the driver. Maybe some resource with a different approach to enable.
Could it be something alse, or how can I do it, please?
Best regards, Flávio
