Tape and Reel QFN package quadrant orientation for WGI210AT S LJXQ

Hi,

I'm looking for information about the Pin 1 Quadrant Location for the Intel® Ethernet Controller I210-AT with the following product code: WGI210AT S LJXQ.

I found that the I210 is packaged in a 64-pin 9x9 QFN package with e-Pad:

And that it can be ordered in T&R:

But I haven't found any document that specifies the part orientation for the T&R devices.

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Thank you.

I did enter to the Resource and Documentation Center and found that it's a very helpful site as it has a specific page for all Intel's devices including the one I'm looking information about (Intel® Ethernet Controller I210).

But didn't found the exact information I'm looking for.

It appears that it's easier to find that type of information with other devices. Example: Intel® Enpirion® Power Solutions

Is there another way to find the information I'm looking for?

Thanks for your support

Thank you for your response,

I'm sorry but think is a misunderstanding: the PCN shared is for the Intel® 82580EB Gigabit Ethernet Controller, not for the Intel® Ethernet Controller I210 series.

The exact product code I'm looking information about (WGI210AT) is still active and it also turns out to be the recommended replacement part for the EOL notification PCN shared, so it definitely can't be currently discontinued:

I'm starting a new thread hoping you can help me find the information I'm looking for.

Hi Sreelakshmi B,

I already checked the data sheet and all the documented information I could find.

Still cannot find the pin quadrant information.

Here's an example of exactly what I'm looking for:

Intel® Enpirion® Power

I just want to confirm Intel's official standard for the T&R Packaging Pin 1 Quadrant Location for the WGI210AT. It only can be Q1, Q2, Q3 or Q4.

Could you help me with that specific information?

Here's an example of a "Q3 Standard" Quadrant:
