Teaming NIC Tab Missing

I have installed the latest intel drivers and all but one of my Intel NICs shows the teaming tab. For some reason one NIC will not show the teaming tab. Actually all the advanced tabs are missing on this nic. Any ideas? I am running windows server 2008 R2. The box is a hyper-V box. The card in question is an Intel GB ET Quad Port Adapter.
