ULP enable/disable utility?

I'm having this issue on my Dell E5250 with a I218-LM and would like to try the ULP tool. Could I get access to it please?

Overview

ULPEnable Utility is used to Enable/Disable Ultra Low Power feature for I218 & I219 network connections.

ENABLE - Enables the ULP (Ultra Low Power) feature of the I218 Network Connection

DISABLE - Disables the ULP (Ultra Low Power) feature of the I218 Network Connection

ENABLE - Enables the ULP (Ultra Low Power) feature of the I219 Network Connection

DISABLE - Disables the ULP (Ultra Low Power) feature of the I219 Network Connection
