Unable to contact Intel support

Hello, I would like to contact the Intel support but every time when I try to go to the support page, I have this error :

What can I do ?

Update : I change my first / last name , disconnect and reconnect, and now it's work !

Could you please let us know the URL link you're trying to access? Have you try login from an incognito browser?

Good morning and thanks for your help,

 

I tried :

- Chrome browser

- Chrome incognito browser

- Edge Browser

 

But.. While selecting the url to communicate it to you I noticed something.. 

I tried to access to https://supporttickets.intel.com/servicecenter?lang=fr-FR

 

And The error message (on my screen, first post) return this URL : https://supporttickets.intel.com/_nc_external/identity/saml/SamlError?ErrorCode=41&ErrorDescription=Execution+error&ErrorDetails=DML%3AInsert+failed.+First+exception+on+row+0%3B+first+error%3A+DUPLICATE_COMM_NICKNAME%2C+Duplicate+Nickname.%3Cbr%3EAnother+user+has+already+selected+this+nickname.%3Cbr%3EPlease+select+another.%3A+%5BCommunityNickname%...

 

And I can see : "Duplicate nickname, select another", the error message was hide on the URL lol

 

So, I need to change what exacly ? My Name in my personnal information profil page ? (This was my first name + First letter of my last name)
