Unsupported SFP in VMware

We're upgrading our VM infrastructure to 10 G and have purchased dual port x520 fiber ethernet adapters. I couldn't get the adapters to work and determined that we have to use Intel SFP's. We've ordered them, but I'd like to get started building out my environment. Is there a workaround for this so that I can keep working until my Intell SFP's show up?

Thanks

Patrick

Hi Nemajordude,

Thank you for the post. It is recommended still to use the supported Intel SFP module. We do not have specific setting to configure third party non suppported

SFP.modules. You may refer to this website for the SFP+ modules for more information as I understand you have ordered them.

Thanks,
