Use rate 1Gbps on X520 SR2

How to use rate 1Gbps on X520 SR2 ?
I setup mode autonegotiation on X520 SR2 and use 2 receiver Intel daul rate 1G/10G. When i plug receiver into port 10Gb on my router, Its work. But when plug receiver into port 1G, It doesn't work, the lamp does not light.

2. Computer use main board Gigabyte W480M VISION W

3. Cable: optical cable Single mode 1310mm , 2 core, 5m

module: intel FTLX1471D3BCVI31
