VLAN configuration is not persisting for my I210 on-board ethernet controller. This means I have to reconfigure the NIC every time I reboot.
We have tried it with versions 27.8 (https://www.intel.la/content/www/xl/es/download/18293/764809/intel-network-adapter-driver-for-windows-10.html) and the latest 28.2 (https://www.intel.la/content/www/xl/es/download/18293/intel-network-adapter-driver-for-windows-10.html) with the same result.
With the previous version of windows and 27.8 if it worked. We have upgraded since different security bugs were fixed and are facing this problem.
Any recommendation?

Hi TeideHPC,
Good day and thank you reaching to the Intel Community Support.
For your inquiry, may I know what is the OEM manufacturer of the onboard ethernet controller that you are currently using?
Also, may I know if you are running the same VLAN configurations throughout the different versions that you have tested?
Thanks,
Faez_Intel

Hi Faez_Intel,
Intel(R) I210 Gigabit Network Connection is the description of the network adapter in W10.
I am applying the same VLAN configuration as before but without success.
Regards,
TeideHPC.

Hi TeideHPC,
Good day. Thank you for the details.
Please kindly help to gather the SSU logs for us to analyze further on the issue. Refer the link below on how to gather the logs:

Also, may I know if you are using a desktop/laptop and what is the make of it?
Thanks,
