Hello all,
This is my first post.
I upgraded my dell precision m4800 this weekend at home. When I came into work this morning I discovered I cannot talk to our management vlan. After some research I found that I need to install the new drivers for windows 10.
I downloaded the x64 driver for i127-LM, unpacked and ran it. Its gets 3/4 of the way through and freezes. I then have to restart my laptop to be able to try the install again. Have tried this about 5 times, then redownloaded the file and tried again with nothing but freezes at the 3/4 mark.
Can anyone out there help with this, I can't do my job if I can't access the management VLAN.
thanks
Max

Hi M@DM@X,
Thank you for contacting Intel.
Please download the latest driver version 20.3 on the link below:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25016/Network-Adapter-Driver-for-Windows-10 Network Adapter Driver for Windows® 10 ver 20.3
Important Note: In order to create Intel® ANS teams and VLANs on Microsoft Windows® 10, you must install the Microsoft Cumulative update located here: Microsoft https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3081448 KB3081448***. Failure to install the update will result in teams and VLANs that do not pass traffic.
*This update is available from Windows Update. When you turn on automatic updating, this update will be downloaded and installed automatically.
***This link will take you off of the Intel website. Intel does not control the content of the destination website.
Hope this is helpful.
Sincerely,
Sandy
