VLAN Virtual Adapters - Windows 10 1903 - Disappeared

We utilise virtual VLAN adapters to connect to different VLANs - and create these using powershell. We have a problem whereby these Virtual Adaptors seem to vanish after reboots.

The only way to get them back is to remove them using powershell (which also seems to error but then lets you re-implement them again).

OS - Windows 10 x64 1903 - Fully up to date

Drivers - Intel 24.2 NIC drivers - Latest available.

Does anyone else experience this issue or know how to resolve this permanently?

Thanks!
