Hi,
we just bought some new Dell Poweredge R730 with Intel Ethernet 10G 4P X540/I350 Network Adapter for using them Hyper-V 2012 R2.
According to http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/network-and-i-o/ethernet-products/000006517.html?wapkw=(hyper-v) this document it's possible to create a VLMB Team with Intel ANS Teaming and enable VMDq, so Hyper-V will make use of VMQ.
I installed the latest version of Intel PROSet, created a VMLB Team with Intel ANS and enabled virtual machine Queues:

Hi Marcel,
Can you provide also the exact X540- and I350 network adapter model?
e.g. X540-T1 or X540-T2?
I350-T2 or I350-T4?
Thanks,
wb

They currently show up in device manager as "Intel(R) Ethernet 10G 4P X540/I350" (10G ports) and "Intel(R) Gigabit 4P X540/I350" (1G ports) with Dell OEM drivers, when trying to change the driver windows shows "X540-AT2" (10G ports) and "I350 Gigabit Network Connection" (1G ports) as a matching driver.
Hope this can help.

Hi Marcel,
Apologize for any delay. Just want to double check additional info :
1) Are you using the latest driver version 21.0 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/83418/Network-and-I-O
or the driver provided by Dell*?
2) Have you also updated all the NIC's firmware?
3) What build of the Dell* Software release are you using?
Thanks,
wb

Hi,
1) we've tried the Dell Drivers (20.7) as well as the latet genuine Intel Drivers (21.0).
2) we've updated all NICs Firmware to the latest Version available.
3) currently there are the Dell NIC Drivers (20.7.) installed.
Regards,
