Hi Jbaek2,

Thank you for posting in our Intel® Ethernet Communities.

To have a better understanding of the issue, please provide the following details:

1. Was the card working fine before? If yes, do you remember any recent changes that happened that could have triggered the issue?

2. Did you try updating the driver and then this issue happened?

3. May we know the version and build of your Windows Operating system?

Best Regards,

Hi Jbaek2,

Thank you for sharing those logs.

After careful checking of the logs, we found out that you are using an embedded Ethernet Controller.

You can try the following steps; however, if they do not work, you may need to get in touch with your motherboard manufacturer.

1. Please try to install the ethernet driver listed on your motherboard’s manufacturer website, https://www.asus.com/my/Motherboards/PRIME-Z270-A/HelpDesk_Download/ **

** Any links to third party sites are provided for convenience and illustrative purposes only. Intel is not responsible for the contents of such links, and no third party endorsement of Intel or any of its products is implied. If you decide to access any of the third-party sites, you do this entirely at your own risk.

2. If that did not fix the issue, please try to re-enable and enable the driver.

3. Please try to disable the “fast startup: setting on Windows*. You can refer to this link for more information, https://www.windowscentral.com/how-disable-windows-10-fast-startup **

If none of the items above addressed your concern, we strongly recommend that you get in touch with your motherboard manufacturer.
