LAN Card Model : E1G42ETBLK
There are two products of the same model.
However, the product design is different.
Device names recognized by the computer are also displayed differently.
What's the reason?
If you install a LAN card no heat shield and connect to the BIOS, your PC stops.

Hello Fishingrod,
Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities.
Upon further inspection, the card in a red box in the picture that you sent is an OEM unit from Dell.
This is also the reason why it lacks other identification like the Intel sticker and if yo are having issues with this card,
we recommend that you contact Dell since it is an OEM card.
If you have questions, please let us know. In case we do not hear from you, we will make a follow up after 3 workings days. Thank you.
Best regards,
Michael L.
