Where is EeepromAccessTool?

Hi All, 

 

I am using the intel I210 on NVIDIA TX2. but

 other thread said that I210 need a EeepromAccessTool

 and have to setting for enable.

so i followed process for registering privilege

my question is simple is it right?

i confusing this thread and there is saying about registration  privileged.
