Where to find list of fixed errata with related drivers list for NICs or/and Chipsets

I am running review of project which has been initiated in 2013 comparing huge amount of different incidents versus programmed software and hardware issues or missed focus of support team on drivers update requirements (as is report I am doing is a big lesson learned paper which should show that's our support teams needs to have more improved way of external hardware/software tracking). On current stage I can see that this is very hard to follow information related to fixes of bugs on NICs 82754L and 82579LM as errata published in specifications most of the times not covered by information in notes of drivers. So I would like to know if there is any page at intel.com where that's possible to check if particular NIC's bug depend on chipset and was it fixed and using what version of drivers.

Thank you for posting at Wired Communities. Agree Sharon, there is information, but no reference to errata numbers which mentioned in specifications. As an example:

Specification https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/embedded/products/networking/82574-gbe-controller-spec-update.html?asset=2382 Intel® 82574 Gigabit Ethernet Controller Family: Spec Update (document# 320709, revision/version 4.0, updated ‎7‎/‎1‎/‎2015) have number of identified errata, but reading through readme.txt for drivers I can see a lot of records, but no reference to errata numbers listed in specification. So I am trying to get some table of erratum and fix status - is it available?

(I can understand that specification updates may have "no fix" errors which stating that there is major issue in PCIe standard or that there is a dependency on 3rd party development of final solution which include Intel's NIC or there something should be done with chipset or in BIOS and this is indirect impact from something else to NIC which have "no fix" error in specification - so there are dependencies and bunch of information sources - I am trying to understand if there is any conclusion in one page).

Also, discontinue date for 82574L has been extended from Q1'18 to Q1'19, but that's still hard to understand on bug fixes using errata numbers - quiet hard to understand Sharon. I would like to get some help in referencing system Intel using to compare errata in specifications versus readme notes for drivers.

May I add on top - few others things found in https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/embedded/products/networking/82574-gbe-controller-spec-update.html%3Fasset%3D2382 Intel® 82574 Gigabit Ethernet Controller Family: Spec Update:

1. Jan-11, rev 3.2 update stating that there was Specification Clarification # 5 added - it is missing or that's typo;

2. Jan-11, rev 3.2 update have Software Clarification # 1 which is referencing to TA-191 - I was trying to find this Technical Advisory, but was not able - so document is not available or replaced by some newest TA with different number;

That's old data, but this is how it is.

Findings related to readme.txt for the latest ProSet drivers, comparing versions (the latest) 22.4.0.1 vs (previous) 22.3 I can see that notes are the same - no differences - would like to get some clarification on that when you will have a time.

Further checking, we do not have the website stating the NIC's bug and the fix using what driver version. Further checking, unfortunately so far the specification update document is the closest one regarding the changes we have. If there was updated version, then the document would already be post publicly but so far there is none. With regards to TA 191, you need to avail a Non-Disclosure agreement by signing up to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/design/resource-design-center.html to gain access to the document. I found a way to get my questions answered - that's just will take more time.
