I have a computer with an Asus P8B WS motherboard (BIOS updated to the latest version 2401 from 2019/06/14) and a Huawei S1720-52GWR-PWR-4X-E switch. The motherboard has two Intel 82574L Gigabit network controllers. Windows 7 Professional 64 bit was previously installed. I configured teaming on the computer (using the Intel ® Advanced Network Services utility) and LACP on the switch (using the web interface) to increase the speed of network access. Everything worked for several years. Then I launched the Microsoft Media Creation Tool and updated the operating system to Windows 10. Intel Teaming doesn't work on the Windows 10 Pro operating system, so the aggregated interface has disappeared from the control Panel. I'm trying to do what it says here-https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000032008/network-and-i-o/ethernet-products.html –an error message POPs up during installation: allegedly, I don't have intel network adapters in my system. As a result, I can't aggregate network controllers again.

Hi
I'd like to jump onto this since I have come across similar issue. Unfortunately no of the available for download drivers for 82574L are working with WIndows 10.
For some reason installation wizard is convinced that installed with microsoft interface driver is Intel I-217M and not 82574L. Manual installation attempt also failed due to unable to find matching driver.
However as work around I was able successfully install driver dedicated for 82579LM, but latest 26.0 driver pack doesn't seams to be containing valid driver for 82574L
