Hi,

We have purchase X-520-SR2, EB82599 based optical server network dual adapter card.(with IEEE1588 support).

We have installed ixgbevf 2.6.2 driver released on March 15, 2012.

In my PC after detecting card there is two Ethernet port eth2 and eth3 are generate.

I need help for

1. how to login into card and how to ping from one card to another card ?

2. we have loop back two optical port without switch than how to ping from eth2 to eth3 ?

3. It is possible to login eth2 and eth3 ?

can any buddy suggest suitable switch for X-520-SR2 dual port server adapter card.
