Hello. Do any of you know where I can get the intel X550-T2 driver version 4.2.6.0 that I can download and install to my Asus ROG Maximus XIII Hero motherboard?
The Driver and Support Assistant keeps trying to install it but fails to do so.
Thanks, Matt

Hello olegeezer,
Greetings!
Kindly let us know if the NIC card has came with the system or was purchased separately.
Note: If you purchased an OEM-branded system or appliance, please contact your OEM for a software driver version compatible with your specific firmware version.
Using software and firmware versions that have not been validated to work together may impact performance, feature availability, and system stability.

Hello. The 4.2.6.0 was downloaded by the Driver and Support Assistant (DSA) but DSA failed to install 4.2.6.0.
So I downloaded from the Intel Download site the 30.0 package. I went into Device Manager to update the X550-T2 drivers. I went into the 30.0 package and selected the PROXGB, then I opened Win64 and selected WS2025 where I located the ixs.inf file that contains the 4.2.6.0 driver. In Device Manager, I could only get to WS2025 and could go no further. But I was able to install the 4.2.6.0 driver.
My intention was to try to install driver 4.2.9.0 that is located in the sxa.inf file. But Device Manager only gets me to the WS2025 and no further. I don't know how to install the 4.2.9.0 driver since I cannot select it in Device Manager.
I tried using CMD prompt but the commands to locate 4.2.9.0 driver I was given do not work . I tried the pnputil command but that command I was given does not work either. Do you know the proper command string for locating the driver 4.2.9.0 ? And the proper command string to use pnputil to install 4.2.9.0 ?? If so, can you send me the proper command strings for locating the driver and commands string for using the pnputil ?
Thanks, Matt

Hello olegeezer,
I hope this message finds you well.
I wanted to touch base with you regarding the installation of the SXA driver version 4.2.9.0. Just to reconfirm, you are attempting to install this driver on a system running Windows 11, correct? If so, I wanted to clarify that the SXA driver is specifically designed for Windows Server Operating Systems and is not compatible with Windows Client Systems, such as Windows 11.
You can validate this information on the release note Section 1.4, you can go through the release note on the following link: Intel® Ethernet Controller Products Release Notes
Thank you & best Regards,
