Hi,
I'm looking into using the software defined pins on the X550 Ethernet controller as auxiliary inputs/outputs in a 1588 (PTP) application.
The datasheet of the X550 controller describes the pins well enough, but my question is, are these signals available on e.g. X550-T2 PCIe card? I see some un-soldered headers on the card. Are some of these wired to the SDPs on the controller?
Thanks!

Hello kjh,
Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities.
Before we proceed, let me clarify first. Are you designing a system with embedded X550-T2?
If you have questions, please let us know. In case we do not hear from you, we will make a follow up after 3 workings days. Thank you.
