XL710-Q2 not working on Ubunto 22.04

I installed XL710-Q2 on HPE GEN10 Plus server , on the server bios i can see the adapter with 2 ports.

i installed ubuntu 22.04 last version on the server and the latest drivers for the XL710 adapter.

i installed version i40e-2.27.8 but i cant see the adapter on the net cards list.

try to move the adapter on all pci slots dose not help.

any idea ?
