Customer want to confirm which LEDs are for the LINK/ACT and which LEDs are for the SPEED indication on the Fisher Flat?

See picture attached for each LED A, B C, D.

Customer know referring to Fisher Flat EPS on Section 2.4 Port LEDs but they don't know each LED indicator, kindly please help.

A and C are for Link lights while B and D are for speed lights.

Further clarification.

Customer observed that LED B and LED D would blink instead of LED A or LED C. Is this expected since LED B and LED D is suppose to be Speed and thus should only be "Solid" and not "Blink"??
