Hi,
I'm using XXV710 NIC. I try to set two flow director filters on the same PCTYPE:
a. TCP & dst IP
e.g. TCP packets with destination IP 192.168.1.1 routes to queue 1
b. TCP & dst IP & dst port
e.g. TCP packets with destination IP 192.168.2.2 and destination port 5555 routes to queue 2
I follow Table 7-5 in Intel® Ethernet Controller X710/ XXV710/XL710 Datasheet and set PCTYPE as NonF IPv4 UDP, then two input sets, one is IP4-D and the other is IP4-D | UDP-D. Then I set the two fdir filter as described above. But only one of them works (filter b hit and filter a missed).
Question: Is single PCTYPE supports multiple input sets for XXV710?
Thanks!

Hello User15740737196529473014,
Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities.
While we are checking on your query, please share the following details.
1.) PBA markings of the adapter. Kindly refer to the link below on where to find the PBA of the adapter. It is a 6-digit number located at the last part of the serial number.
2.) What is the operating system used?
3.) Please share the driver version loaded on your system.
Looking forward to your response.

Hi Crisselle C,
Thanks for replying
1)PBA unknown. The server is in data center in another region. I have no access to it.
2) OS is debian 9. I use XXV710 NIC in my data plane project based on DPDK 18.11.2. I post an email to [dpdk-users], but got no replys.

3) The driver is rte_pmd_i40e
I would like to confirm if single PCTYPE supports multiple input sets for XXV710.
Best regards
