XXV710 NVM Update from 6 to 8.5

Hi, I'm trying to update FW using NVM Update tool version 1.37.28.0 and I'm receiving a status of "Device not found". I'm using HPE Proliant DL360 Gen10 with Ethernet controller [0200]: Intel Corporation Ethernet Controller XXV710 for 25GbE SFP28 [8086:158b] (rev 02)

I tested under three different OS which are:

1. SLES 15 SP2
2. Ubuntu 16
3. Ubuntu 20

Am I using the incorrect NVM Update tool? 

Attached the nvmupdate64e screenshot and ethtool.
