Hello jzhen36,

You may use these links to get the MAC address of your card. The markings on the card is for a retail Intel card, if you have an OEM or a third party manufactured card, they may have a different set of markings.

No, it is a "MM" number. Your response came from a user who plagairized text from this document:

https://cdrdv2.intel.com/v1/dl/getcontent/332763?asset=9571

Look on page 6 and you will see the 925133 is the MM number of your device.

One of the Intel support engineers will have to address you question.

Sorry for the trouble,

Hello jzhen36,

Here is another update that you can also follow:

For Intel retail card, the MAC address is indicated the white bar code sticker.  Kindly check the link below for reference:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005625/services.html

If you are using a Windows OS, you may can check it via CMD command prompt. In the search box, type CMD then type ipconfig /all then press enter.

MAC address is generally described as physical address.

Once you have the MAC address, check this link to identify if an Intel® Ethernet Adapter is Intel made or an OEM card. If your card is an an OEM card or a third party manufactured card, they may have a different set of markings. kindly check the link below for reference:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000032287/network-and-i-o/ethernet-products.html

If your card is confirmed as an OEM card, you need to contact the OEM manufacturer because they are still the best source of support. They have drivers suited and tailored for his card.

Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities.
