Well i have a problem like the subject im trying to install the intel ethernet drivers on 82583v gigabit ethernet

and appears this problem "cannot install drivers. no intel(r) adapters are present in this computer"

My motherboard is the Asus Crosshair V Formula.

Thank you for the post. Since you did not mention where you download the driver, it is recommend to obtain the driver from the motherboard vendor Asus.

You may visit below website for the driver (choose your operating system) and further check with Asus:

Thank you for the reply. It is still recommended to use the customized driver available from the board vendor. In case there is hardware issue on the onboard NIC, it is best to contact Asus to check on the board.
