e810 ICE COMMS dpdk packet_type issue

I'm using DPKD 23.11 with e810 NIC and facing an issue where packet_type is zero for some of the packets. It happens only when using ICE COMMS ddp, with ICE OS Default (1.3.30.0) for every packet packet_type is filled with a valid value.

I used latest release of ICE COMMS and the issue still persists.
The pcap file for which packet_type is not filled given below.
