i350 Nic slow smb

Hi,

Problem on Microserver HPE Gen10+ with NIC I350

OS: Windows Server 2022
Driver: latest

Problem:
Internet speed is ok

Copy or move files from any fileserver is absolutly slow and end with an error

Restart, reinstall, other drivers not solved this.

Any ideas to fix this?

Solution.
I changed nic on Server, Problem is gone.
Rootcause.... Nuc lwl sfp+ was defect
