Hello,
Can you confirm whether or not the Intel i350-T2 card (see attached photo) has SDP pins for timing applications broken out to the 10 pin header on the board, and if so, what is the pinout?
I have seen a number of posts on these forums asking this question, but I have not seen a definitive answer posted. My question is for hobbyist research purposes.
Thank you,
John

Hi Jerome,
Unfortunately the i350 datasheet is not helpful. I'm looking for information on the i350-T2 intel reference PCIe ethernet card itself, not the chip. I am trying to determine the pinout of the header on that card to determine if the SDP pins are available on it, and if so, how they are oriented.
Can you assist with providing that information?
Regards,
John

Hi millerjs,
Greetings!
We would like to inform you that the I350-T2 Server Adapter does not have SDP (Software Defined Pins) for timing applications exposed through a 10-pin header on the board.
However, this feature is available on the I350 Ethernet Controller. Please refer to the attached datasheet for more information.
