i350-T4 SR-IOV disabled on FreeBSD 13.0

Dear Customer Support,

I'd like to enable SR-IOV on a CISCO UCS IRJ45 card (part no. 74-10521-01) under FreeBSD 13.0.

lspci -lvc shows:

ecap 0010[160] = SR-IOV 1 IOV disabled, Memory Space disabled, ARI disabled

VF Device ID 0x1520

[...]

iovctl obviously fails with "Could not open device '/dev/iov/igb5': No such file or directory"

Tried both with system em driver and with the "em_updated" driver installed from ports/packages.

Any suggestions?
