There appear to be "V2" 1350 NICs available now, eg:
http://www.amazon.com/Intel-I350T2V2-I350-T2V2-ETHERNET-SERVER/dp/B00MQP1I30 Amazon.com: Intel I350T2V2 I350-T2V2 ETHERNET SERVER ADAP RETAIL UNIT: Computers & Accessories
What was the revision for? Does it have anything to do with the intermittent problem I've been having with my i350-T2 (purchased before V2), where the NIC will disappear upon system reboot?

Hi Sauntache,
Thank you for the post. So far we do not have information that i350-T2V2 is the revision for the intermittent problem of i350-T2.
I will further check on this.

Hi Sauntache,
Further checking, the change is to accommodate an AUX power component change which enables a decrease of in-rush current during power supply start-up, there is no change in the functionality.
With regards to the intermittent issue, you may try upgrading to latest driver https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProdId=3395 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProdId=3395
thanks,
