I'm attempting to bond four gigabit ports on an i350-t4 with my HP Procurve 1810g-24 via 802.3ad dynamic LACP in Windows. I configure the team via the PROSET-installed device manager control panel as described in the user guide but the resulting virtual adapter connection is disabled. When I attempt to enable the connection, the dialog states it is enabled, but the connect in the network and sharing center is still disabled. The individual NIC connections all have 0 packets sent & received. I've tried multiple configurations on the 1810g - without trunking, with static trunk, and with dynamic trunk. All ports are defaulted to untagged VLAN ID of 1 (the only VLAN). I'd be grateful if someone could shed some light on what I'm missing/what I'm doing incorrectly. Thanks.
