I am trying to install the driver for X710 card. I am using the driver version "i40e-2.27.8". When running the command "make install", I get the following issue:
~/Desktop/i40e-2.27.8/src$ sudo make install

Hello Sreelakshmi,
thanks for your replies,
I tried to solve the issues intensively using many solutions I found online, but nothing worked. I then only physically unplugged the X710 card and then plugged it again, and it worked without the need to update the driver!
So, we can set this issue as resolved,
thanks and best regards,
Marwan
