intel 82579LM on board LAN not work

Machine : HP Compaq Pro 6300

NIC : Onboard intel 82579lm

External 1 "Intel CT series"

External 2 " DLink 528T"

Issue: When restart the machine onboard NIC shows No cable plugged even its connect to network. But when it disable and enable all the cards work properly. Any Idea how to resolve this issue. Also if we remove DLink and start other cards work properly. Please help...

Any one know how to resolve this issue? This happens only with Windows. I tried with Linux and network not having any issues.

Any one from intel please help.

Note: Drivers are updated already.
