intel ethernet connection i219-lm card auto disabled at auto or 1G

Hi Sir,

My PC has two different NICs with distinct chipsets: an Intel® I219LM GigE LAN, which supports iAMT 12.0, and an Intel® I210 GigE LAN. We noticed that the port using the Intel® I219LM automatically disables itself when set to 1G or Auto, while the Intel® I210 functions normally. I have already installed the latest driver.

The error message from Event viewer is "The network interface "Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (6) I219-LM" has begun resetting. There will be a momentary disruption in network connectivity while the hardware resets. Reason: The network driver detected that its hardware has stopped responding to commands. This network interface has reset 1 time(s) since it was last initialized."

Do you have any idea what might be causing this issue? How can I fix it? Thanks.
