intel(r) ethernet connection (7) i219-lm

Geräte sind HP EliteDesk 800 G1 - G4

Hallo

Wer weiss Rat? Danke

Regarding the issue that you encounter, please provide the following details.

  2. What is your OS?
  3. How long did it take for it to obtain an IP address?

Intel Ethernet Connection (7) l219-LM has never worked properly.

the previous versions Intel Ethernet Connection (5) l219-LM, Intel Ethernet Connection (4) l219-LM are no problem. only the version Intel Ethernet Connection (7) l219-LM only gets an IP after approx. 11s after a restart. This is extremely long. Currently affected are 40 devices.

We have made:

Bios update network card driver update (V.12.18.8.4 and V.12.17.10.7) various test to find out which component is to blame. Fixed IP for testing (problem was fixed, but of course no option for a company)

Hello VMisc,

Since it is an on-board NIC. We can only help you try our generic driver which you already tried. At this point, have you tried contacting HP for further assistance since it is embedded on the system?

If you have questions, please let us know.

Best regards,

The problem is 100% on the Intel Ethernet Connection (7) l219-LM driver.

Too bad. But I already know the game.

Intel does not handle its products and refers them to HP

HP says its an Intel product, ask Intel.

In the end, nobody helps.

Since you have to really ask if you do not go to Apple.

Thank you

Hello VMisc,

I am sorry if you feel that way. I hope you also understand that even if the NIC chip is from Intel, it was embedded on a system as on-board NIC. So the OS compatibility is now being dictated by the board and they may have altered the NIC. We have generic driver that you can try however if the problem is still the same, it is better to consult the manufacturer of the board.

If you have questions, please let us know.
