As I mentioned in the title,   PTP Hardware Timestamp  does not show up.  you  can verify Controller-i226-V on your machine.

Hello holygrail,

Hope this message finds you well.

First and foremost, please be informed that all technical and warranty support for Intel’s NUC 7 through NUC 13 Systems has transitioned to ASUS as of January 16, 2024. All other product support remains with Intel.

Technical Support:

As of January 16, 2024, all software, firmware, BIOS support, and security advisories will be managed by ASUS.

Warranty Support:

ASUS will handle all new warranty cases as of January 16, 2024. Intel may continue to manage warranty cases opened before January 16, 2024, at its discretion. Intel support will not extend past January 30, 2024. Please contact ASUS Customer Support for any questions regarding the transitioned products.

Regarding your issue, we recommend updating the firmware, BIOS, and drivers for the i226-v controller. Since we believe the controller is integrated on the motherboard (onboard) or, in other words, it is a LOM, we suggest contacting the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the motherboard for further assistance.

We advise you to contact the OEM because the issue might be caused by customizations that the OEM has made to their hardware and/or drivers, which we cannot account for. This is also stated on our download page for the drivers.

If you have any further questions or need additional support, please feel free to reach out.

Best regards,
