my network gets disconnected when I am using optical cable on X-520 SR-2 NIC card

I have connected Optical cable through SFP+ port.the issue is that ,It gets disconnected automatically after few seconds.1 end of FoC is connected to 10Gbps switch and other end is connected to SFP+ port
