can i use PCI EXPRESS INTEL QUAD LAN CARD 10/100/1000 Intel® Ethernet Server Adapter I350T4-V2 on windows 10 computer to accelerate the network comunication to the router?

Let's say if you are using a 100 Mbps network card, and your router supports 100 Mbps and Gigabit speed. Certainly it is a good idea to use a network adapter that can support the maximum speed the router supports if you want to have faster speed.
