network connection

since i use  wifi dongle, my computer doesn't use the two programs to my modem...   (maybe modem to comcast cable?) 

first Question, it's it ok to delet both?

.... SECOND  QUESTION MORE IMPORTANT

are they additive or is the update  full utility?
since they are both supposedly same size, it looks like v22.7.0.0 is reduntant but looking useless isn't a guarantee it is....

I need to remove anything i can so.... is it safe to delete the 22.7.0?

You should have this installed regardless. It's strange that there are two of them. I would uninstall both and then (after a reboot) install the latest available.
