Intel XL710 is installed on my system and I'm using it as sriov2.
I recently noticed port.tx_dropped_link_down is increasing.
# ethtool -S sriov2 |grep drop
rx_dropped: 0
tx_dropped: 0
port.rx_dropped: 0
port.tx_dropped_link_down: 4

What does port.tx_dropped_link_down mean?
- No performance issues have been encountered.
- No link down event in system log.
- tx_dropped remains at 0.
