problème pour installer Intel Driver & Support Assistant

Bonjour,

impossible d'installer Intel Driver & Support Assistant à chaque tentative il y a la fenêtre suivante :

Pourtant Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2017-2019-2022 est installé.

Thanks for your patience. In order to continue with the investigation, I would appreciate it if you provide the verbose _000_ logs (Example: installer_log,txt_000_DriverSupportAssistantInstaller.log).


These verbose logs are available at 2 locations:

  1. C:\Windows\Temp
  2. C:\Users\{you_user_name}\AppData\Local\Temp


Also, please try to install the VC++ manually from this link and let me know if the issue persists:

je joins à ce message les fichiers *.log que me demandez.

 

le fichier VC++ n'a pas pu s'installer, mais comme je l'ai écrit il est déjà installé.

Hello Galatoni, 



After the investigation and checking the logs sent, seems to be that the issue is related to Windows rather than the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA).


My recommendation is to check with Microsoft to confirm if is possible to properly install the Visual C++ or if is needed a reinstallation of the operating system.



Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel.
