"No probed ethernet devices" when use Intel Ethernet Server Bypass Adapter X520-SR2 in DPDK 1.7.1

I encountered error message "No probed ethernet devices" when I tried to use Intel Ethernet Server Bypass Adapter X520-SR2 in DPDK 1.7.1 environment (OS: CentOS 7, Server: DELL PowerErge R720).

Can anyone tell me how to use Intel Ethernet Server Bypass Adapter X520-SR2 in DPDK 1.7.1 ?

Can you help provide lspci dump and find out if the same behavior exist from testing a second card (in case there is spare one) to test.
