server case front panel LEDs for LAN activity (NIC E810-XXVDA2)

Hi

Is it possible to connect the NIC E810-XXVDA2 somehow to my server case (SilverStone RM43-320-RS) which has 2 LAN indicators LEDs?

Or what are the pin headers on the NIC used for? I couldn't make it out if the datasheet.

Or should the motherboard provide this? I'm planning on using a MSI MEG Z790 ACE : https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MEG-Z790-ACE/Specification
