Your system does not meets the minimum requirements. See here for more details: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/emerging-technologies/000014932.html System Requirements for Intel® Wireless Display (Intel® WiDi).
As well, note the following: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/widi-pro-widi-discontinued-notice.html Intel® WiDi and Intel® Pro WiDi Applications Discontinued Notice.
Unfortunately, your message was misrouted. We have forwarded your message to the appropriate support group and you should hear back soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The software Intel® My Wi-Fi Dashboard is a discontinued tool and is not used for Wireless Display connectivity.
The tool required for wireless display in your configuration would be Intel® WiDi Software.
Regretably, as mentioned previously by Scott, Intel® WiDi and Intel® Pro WiDi have been discontinued and are reaching End of Support. Therefore, Intel WiDi software downloads are no longer available from our download center. Please check the details in the following document:
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/emerging-technologies/000021693.html Product Discontinuation Notice for Intel® WiDi and Intel® Pro WiDi
In this case, if your PC was meant to be used with Intel® WiDi, we advise you to check with the http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/topics/OEMs.html Computer Manufacturer Support, they may be able to provide the software.
