unable to update ethernet E822-L Network Adapters MAC with eeupdate64e

hi ,

   I want to update ethernet E822-L Network Adapters MAC with eeupdate64e, but it return "Unable to initialize adapter 5 code c86a2002, Adapter initialization failed",  update E823-L with it, that is OK. So if it is  issue with the tool eeupdate64e? if I want to update the mac of E822-L with eeupdate64e, what should I do?  and how to get the latest version of eeupdate64e
