I downloaded the latest nvm package (6.01) from this link.

When I run the program nvmupdate64e, I got the output saying "update not available" although it finds my version is older (5.05). How can I force the program to update to 6.01?

Hi Sluong,
Thank you posting in Wired Ethernet Communities. The output shows Cisco Cisco(R) Ethernet Converged NIC X710-DA4, if this is an OEM version from Cisco, you need to contact Cisco (the OEM vendor) for the customized firmware. The firmware available on our website are generic version suitable for Intel retail version of X710 network adapter.
Hope the above information help.

Hi Sluong,
Please feel free to confirm if you have contacted the OEM vendor in case you are using the OEM NIC version. Thank you.
