why window 11 must connect internet to install?!!

the inter ethernet error code 10 can't fix!
restore can't! I follow all the way can't!
then I recovery! now the system tell me need Internet! if I can connect the Internet! then why I go recovery !?bad system ! waste my time to do the funny thing!

Hi @hann 

Microsoft wants you to have an internet connection, in order to install Windows after signing into your Microsoft Account. However, it is not mandatory. You may install Windows signing into your Local Account, without need to have an internet connection. Read this tutorial to learn how to do this.
